History

Founded in 1979 by visionary entrepreneur Mr. Joaquín Arbona-Lago, Empresas Arbona is a privately owned conglomerate dedicated to the administration, design and/or development of industrial, commercial and residential properties throughout the island of Puerto Rico. In total, Empresas Arbona currently owns or co-owns approximately 1.5 million sq.ft. of leaseable industrial and commercial space. However, we have built over 2.5 million sq.ft. of properties in the island.
