Our Properties

Arbona Group’s collection of properties, includes strategically located warehouses built around the island. In addition, office buildings and corporate service hubs have been developed and are currently managed. As part of the diverse portfolio, Arbona Group affiliates have designed, developed and sold beach villas and lots for custom built homes at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.

It is notable to mention that Galería Pacífico-San Juan property won the 2nd place for the CEMEX award in Institutional Construction in 2014. Lastly, Arbona Group is a partner in Professional Offices Park, the first office park built in the Caribbean region to be LEED certified.

Galería Pacífico - San Juan
Approx. 90,000 sq ft commercial lease space. Tenants: Walgreen’s, Wendy’s, Sizzler, Church’s Chicken, Administracion de Seguro Compulsorio, among others.

Galería Pacífico - Arecibo
Approx. 60,000 sq ft. Tenants: Walgreens, Veteran Affairs Clinic (interior contractor), Gastro-centro, Autoridad de Acueductos y Alcantarillados, MCS Medical Insurance, U.S. Postal Service.

Las Vistas de Rio Mar - Río Grande
Infrastructure for 60 lots for custom built homes inside the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort and Spa in Río Grande, PR. Designed and developed 167 beach villas inside resort.
